Homerton Weekly Bulletin 28th March 2019

Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you all for attending our Eggstravaganza event yesterday. It is a great way to share some of what we do at Homerton with you and we were lucky enough to have good weather.

Next week the children will be doing some Easter singing on Wednesday and enjoying a hot cross during their session times.

We are also having an EASTER RAFFLE on Wednesday.  You can see the wonderful prizes to be won out on the table in the corridor.  Many thanks to all who have donated towards this and to Tracey for doing all the organisation and wrapping. Please come ready to buy raffle tickets at £1.00 a strip on Wednesday. The proceeds from the raffle are to be spent on buying more core books for the Centre including books by some of the children’s favourite authors – Julia Donaldson, Jill Murphy and Oliver Jeffers.

A couple of comments in the parent survey asked why the Centre is a mobile free zone.   We do this in order that children are kept safe and photos of them cannot be taken.  If you do need to use your mobile phone then please do so outside the Centre.
