WEEKLY BULLETIN – 29 APRIL 2021

Dear Parents and Carers

I hope you have all had a good week.  Here at Homerton it has been busy with our photographer visiting.  The children have had a lot of fun having their photos taken both individually and with friends. Helen has a way of making children laugh at the right moment so gets very natural shots which you will be able to see and order shortly if you wish to.  She thinks the proofs will be with us during the week of the 10th May.

Our Core Book for this half term which the children are getting to know really well is Michael Rosen’s We’re Going on a Bear Hunt. Children can often be heard in the garden going through the swishy swashy grass! We are hoping that we may be able to invite you into the garden in July to enjoy acting out the story with your children.

Holiday Club will be running from 1st-4th June so please contact owlets@homerton.cambs.sch.uk or office@homerton.cambs.sch.uk to book your child in.

A couple of requests and reminders for the safety of the children please do not park on our zigzag yellow lines outside the school and please do not bring dogs onto the school site.

I am attaching the What’s On for May – there are some really good free courses running  on toilet training, bedtime routines and speech development so do book onto those if you would like to.

Just a reminder that Monday is a Bank Holiday so the Centre is closed.

Best wishes from us all at Homerton and have a very good Bank Holiday.

Alex
