Dear Parents
These two photos come to wish you a very happy Summer break from all of us at Homerton. On Monday the children had an unexpected treat watching a plane creating the smoke trail smiley face right above Homerton garden!
The other picture is of Roy with Toby, who has grown so much bigger since last visiting about 3 weeks ago. Thank you to Roy for bringing him in, and sharing your knowledge about dogs with us all.
A big thank you again for all your support last week with Ofsted and throughout the year. We expect their report to be published sometime later in the holiday but hopefully we will still be able to send it to you.
Well we can’t quite believe we have reached the end of term today. We are celebrating with singing in the garden, accompanied by Rachel on her violin, and followed by the treat of ice lollies to cool us all down.
To all the children and families leaving us we wish you all the best in your new schools. To everyone else we look forward to seeing you in September.
It has been a privilege for us to work alongside you, and all your amazing optimistic children, through some quite challenging times for us all.
