Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you to all the parents, and staff, across the Centre who have made Chinese New Year come alive for the children this week in so many different ways. We have had wonderful Chinese fan dancing, and napkin spinning, which looked beautiful and was a lot of fun for the children – do have a look at the photos on the screen as you come into Homerton. Classes have also been learning how to write Chinese characters, and numbers, and we have had lots of making and eating, of noodles and spring rolls…as well as a few sweeter treats! Classes are really looking so colourful and bright and many have dragons, created by the children hanging from the ceiling.

Just a reminder from last week there are:-
Family Worker Drop In Sessions on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month 10.30-12.00 at:-

Brookfields Hospital,
351 Mill Rd,
Cambridge CB1 3UG.
Do go along if you want any parenting, or other advice, or alternatively speak to me, or Fran Crouch in East Room, who has lots of previous experience as a family worker running parenting courses.

If you have any concerns about your child’s speech or language development there are also drop in sessions to see Speech Therapists across Cambridgeshire – please ask at the Office for times.
